Yorkville University offers four programs that have been designated in New Brunswick and are delivered online: a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), a Master of Education in Adult Education (M.Ed), and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership (M.Ed) program. The New Brunswick campus also offers an associate diploma in Interior Decorating.

Yorkville University also offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with specializations. This program has received consent in British Columbia and is delivered on-campus and online. In Ontario, Yorkville University offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with a specialization in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Interior Design (BID), both of which are delivered on-campus and online. The institution has been granted a consent by the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities to offer the BBA for a 7-year term starting 04/06/2017 and the BID for a 5-year term starting 04/06/2017.
